Entering Gala’s
All current fixtures now have an email link to send your completed entry direct to the Gala Entries Manager.
Once the Gala and eligibility for entering has been posted on the FIXTURES tab and you have chosen the events you wish to be entered for, just click on the SEND ENTRY button. This will then direct you to your emailing program. Just fill out the information required and press send. You will receive a confirmation from Gala Entry Manager of your entry.

There is a paper copy also included in the meet report, you can post it to Prestwick Pool postbox.
All entries must state swimmers name/age/name and date of gala and events entered.
When Gala Manager is informed of the accepted entries a list will be put up on the 3 notice boards and web site. The fee for each entry and when it should be paid by will be included.
All fees must be paid BEFORE the date of the gala/meet otherwise the swimmer may be withdrawn
