Welcome to South Ayrshire Swim Team, SAST!
Formed in 2001 with the amalgamation of Ayr, Prestwick and Troon Swimming Clubs and set in the scenic west coast of Scotland, SAST are Ayrshire’s premier competitive swimming club. With over 200 members, and a dedicated coaching team lead by our full time Performance Development Coach, SAST are committed on providing a focussed competitive program to Ayrshire’s swimmers!
