GALA PROCEDURE:
Gala Procedure is important and vital that you all understand the following:

IF on the day of the meet you have to withdraw from the swim- please text or call (before the warm up time) Call the swimming pool where the meet is taking place to ask for the S.A.S.T. Coach to be paged with a message letting the Coach know to withdraw the swimmer from the race ( fees will still need to be paid)

Database.
The Swim Team uses a Team Manager Software that holds all members details on a secure database. This database is only accessed by coaches in the swim team. It is vital that you keep us fully informed of any changes to home address, telephone numbers including mobiles and e-mail address. We also require that you update your Emergency Contact details and Health information for all swimmers in all the squads.
IF you have to update your details then please do so by emailing database@southayrshireswim.co.uk .
